Who we are

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. We do not ask for anything else through the form, and we do not collect special category data.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions from people who get in touch, and taking steps at your request before any contract.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our enquiry email address at charliewh8@gmail.com. Our website is built and hosted by Underdown Labs Limited (trading as UF Labs), who act as a data processor on our behalf. They operate secure hosting on Coolify and Hetzner, and a contact-form service that routes messages to us by email using trusted delivery providers. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and for reasonable business records, then we remove them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email charliewh8@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to operate this website (for example security and load balancing through our host). We do not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics cookies on this site.
